Welcome to Maai Mahiu Secondary School!

Welcome to Maai Mahiu Secondary School! Our school was established in 1998 by the parents of the neighboring primary school. From humble beginnings, it has grown into a large and thriving school. Our school has 6 classrooms, a computer lab, and a science lab. Currently we have over 500 students enrolled in Form 1 to 4 (grades 9 through 12), and we are planning to separate into two schools - a boys' school and a girls' school. On this blog you will find posts from Maai Mahiu Secondary School and partners from around the world. Read and enjoy!

Hello this is Jonathan again!

Today is November 11 a public holiday in Canada. It's known as "Rememberance Day", a day to pay tribute to Canadian soldiers who fought in wars.

Today's Weather Report:

Date: November 11
Time: 2:00pm
Temperature: 9 Degrees Celcius
Current Conditions: Light rain
Wind strength: 15km/h
Wind direction: East

The light rain today has contributed to colder temperatures not just outside but indoors as well. I decided it would be good to get some work done and then get some rest. The chilly weather also gave me a running nose which I hope to recover from soon. That's my day today! See you soon!
